Can the Insta-Dent Cosmetic Denture Alternative be reheated a second time?
No, The Insta-Dent™ materials can be heated and cured only one time. They cannot be reheated and formed repeatedly. It is important that the water be the correct temperature (120°F or 48°C) for Insta-Dent™ to mold and cure correctly.
Will the Insta-Dent Cosmetic Denture Alternative work for everyone?
While we have had good results for most users, there are some people that Insta-dent won't work well for, i.e., someone with an oversized jaw, or a particularly small jaw, or an exaggerated under or overbite. Sometimes the Insta-dent can be pushed into the right occlusion while curing for someone with these issues. Insta-Dent™ may not work for those with smooth gums, such as those with diabetes or undergoing chemotherapy. Insta-Dent™ is made to fit the 'average' size adult mouth. It stays in place by forming to the nooks and crannies of the gum line.
Can the Insta-Dent Cosmetic Denture Alternative be cut or trimmed?
Yes, the Insta-Dent™ material is plastic and it can be cut or trimmed with scissors to accomodate the users mouth. The teeth can be filed with a metal file. These adjustments should be done after Insta-Dent™ has cured in the users mouth.

What color are the teeth used in the Insta-Dent Cosmetic Denture Alternative?
Insta-dent™ teeth come in one color; No. 59 which is in the middle of most tooth color charts.
