Insta-dent™ is not a partial and cannot be used with natural teeth. Insta-dent can only be used with a full upper or lower extraction. If the natural teeth remaining are ONLY in the upper OR lower mouth, Insta-dent™ may be used for the opposite side where there are no natural teeth.

This item is excellent, much better than I thought it would be....I have a small mouth and found the denture went back a long way, so it was trimmed slightly and is now a very comfortable fit. I did need to use an adhesive as it felt a little loose at the front, my gum is very small and shallow I would definitely purchase another and will be recommending this product to others. SR, England
